COVID-19 Update

Our office will continuously evaluate the COVID-19 situation as it develops during this
unprecedented pandemic.

What we are doing.

We are continuing to treat our patients with safety as our first priority. I know that there are many who have been vaccinated and with the recent Florida State mandate changes are not required to wear their mask in certain public areas but due to our vunerable patient population and close one on one treatment with therapist, we still require a mask to be worn while in our building. Patient screening continues to take place prior to the office visit when possible. Patients that have had recent exposure to any person who has tested positive for COVID-19 or who have had any fever, cough or shortness of breath in the last three days, are to be rescheduled.

The waiting room has been set up with reduced numbers of chairs, spread widely apart, to lessen office congestion.

We are requiring that only patients come into the treatment areas. One essential companion may accompany a patient, if necessary. Unnecessary companions will be asked to wait
outside the office in their vehicle.

We are routinely and repeatedly disinfecting common areas throughout the day. All examination
rooms and patient areas are disinfected after every patient encounter. All staff are diligent in hand
washing after every patient contact and minimizing physical contact. They are all practicing “safe
distancing” from patients, whenever practical. We are working diligently to provide a safe
environment for everyone.

Thank you for working with us to reduce the exposure to our staff, our patients and their families. As
additional information becomes available, we will communicate that to you.

Thank you and stay safe.
